ADIPEC takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Getting to ADIPEC is easy and these are the recommended ways to reach the venue:

• Hotel Shuttle Bus: Click here to see the list of hotels offering complimentary shuttle services to and from the venue.
• Park-and-Ride: Use the complimentary park-and-ride service, operating every 5 minutes from 6 am-7 pm during show days at the Zayed Sports City and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

The MEEC membership is not automatically renewed annually, as our membership process evolves. If an application meets our criteria for 2024 and is approved, the member will receive a confirmation email containing detailed membership instructions.

No, access to the MEEC is strictly for members only. Non-members will be denied access.

To register as media at ADIPEC 2024, one of the following criteria should apply to you:

• Editorial staff at a trade publication/site (note that advertising, sales and marketing representatives will not be eligible for press badges but may register as attendees).
• Writers covering the energy industry for a recognised media organisation.
• Freelancers for national, regional, or international media or trade publications.
• Industry bloggers with at least 10,000 unique visits per month on your blog (note that news aggregator or self-promotion blogs will not be considered).
• Photographers or videographers gathering footage on behalf of an ADIPEC exhibitor or media production company
• Social media influencers with a reasonable following and relevant focus

The following information is required for successful media registration at ADIPEC:

• Name of media outlet, website, organisation or social media account you represent
• Name of the reporter, broadcaster, blogger, social media influencer, anchor, photographer, or videographer who will be attending the event
• Contact information of attendee, including email address and mobile phone number
• Passport quality photograph

Registered media will have access to the following:

• ADIPEC Opening Ceremony
• All ADIPEC conferences, except the technical conferences
• Onsite Media Centre
• All Exhibitions Halls

The ADIPEC Media Centre is located on the Mezzanine Level, above the ICC Hall.

Registered members of the media can benefit from the Media Centre’s available workspaces, bookable interview rooms and refreshments.
