Is ADIPEC free to attend?

Visitor registration is free for ADIPEC and will give you access to ADIPEC’s 16 exhibition halls, including the specialised areas for decarbonisation, maritime & logistics, digitalisation, artificial intelligence and Young ADIPEC. Please click here to register as a visitor.

What is the difference between being a visitor and a delegate?

A visitor pass will give you free access to all the exhibition halls at ADIPEC and a delegate pass is a paid pass that gives you additional access to conferences as well as delegate lunches.

Are children allowed to attend ADIPEC?

There are no childcare facilities at the exhibition venue. Children under 18 are NOT permitted to enter the exhibition.

How can I refer a potential speaker to ADIPEC?

Do speakers require a special pass to attend ADIPEC Conferences?

Each speaker will be provided with a speaker pass upon confirmation of their speaker status at ADIPEC. However, Technical Conference speakers have to purchase speaker passes by emailing delegate@adipec.com

Where is ADIPEC located and how can I get to the venue?

ADIPEC takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

Getting to ADIPEC is easy and these are the recommended ways to reach the venue:

How much does it cost to become a member?

There are no fees or costs associated with membership.

Can I book a meeting room at MEEC?

Meeting rooms are reserved exclusively for the use of suite owners. Please email sponsorship@adipec.com to enquire about booking a suite at the MEEC.

Can I reserve a table at MEEC?

No, reservations are not accepted at MEEC. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the opening hours of MEEC?

The MEEC opening hours align with those of ADIPEC:

4-6 November 2024: 10 am to 6 pm

7 November 2024: 10 am to 5 pm

Is the membership auto-renewed every year?

The MEEC membership is not automatically renewed annually, as our membership process evolves. If an application meets our criteria for 2024 and is approved, the nominee will receive a confirmation email containing detailed membership instructions.

Can a member bring a guest to MEEC?

No, access to the MEEC is strictly for members only. Non-members will be denied access.

Media

How can I apply for a media pass at ADIPEC?

If you are a member of the press, please click here to apply for a media pass.

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a media badge. If rejected, you will automatically be registered as an ADIPEC visitor.

What are the registration criteria for media at ADIPEC?

To register as media at ADIPEC 2024, one of the following criteria should apply to you:

  • Editorial staff at a trade publication/site (note that advertising, sales and marketing representatives will not be eligible for press badges but may register as attendees).
  • Writers covering the energy industry for a recognised media organisation.
  • Freelancers for national, regional, or international media or trade publications.
  • Industry bloggers with at least 10,000 unique visits per month on your blog (note that news aggregator or self-promotion blogs will not be considered).
  • Photographers or videographers gathering footage on behalf of an ADIPEC exhibitor or media production company
  • Social media influencers with a reasonable following and relevant focus
What information is required to submit an ADIPEC media registration request?

The following information is required for successful media registration at ADIPEC:

  • Name of media outlet, website, organisation or social media account you represent
  • Name of the reporter, broadcaster, blogger, social media influencer, anchor, photographer, or videographer who will be attending the event
  • Contact information of attendee, including email address and mobile phone number
  • Passport quality photograph
What kind of access does ADIPEC media registration provide?

Registered media will have access to the following:

  • ADIPEC Opening Ceremony
