It’s always a pleasure to attend this remarkable annual event, which highlights the vital role of the UAE and its people in the energy sector. I appreciate the opportunity to be here and to see ADNOC's commitment to the youth. It’s inspiring to witness how they are showcasing the exciting opportunities available in the energy industry, encouraging young people to pursue careers in this field and shape the future of energy.

The future leaders are the wealth of the nation. It’s not the oil, it’s not the gas, it’s the human capital. We are bidding on them to be positive contributors to solving future energy problems. With them the idea starts and… from them the solution will come.
