Yaser Saeed Almazrouei is the Executive Director of People, Commercial & Corporate Support (PC&CS) Directorate at ADNOC. He is responsible for leading and transforming ADNOC Group’s support functions through the roll-out of a shared services model that aims to enhance performance and drive profitability, while maintaining the highest quality and 100% HSE. Almazrouei’s primary aim is to attract, develop and retain talent and to advance ADNOC’s contribution to the UAE’s GDP by doubling down on ADNOC’s In-Country Value (ICV) program while fostering local manufacturing and maintaining a sustainable supply chain, in line with ADNOC’s decarbonization goals. Prior to his current role, Almazrouei held the positions of Executive Director, Upstream and Chief Executive Officer, ADNOC Onshore and Chief Executive Officer, ADNOC Offshore where he led a successful merger of ADMA-OPCO and ZADCO. He holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, United Kingdom, and is an alumni member at the Harvard Business School, General Management.
