Aleksei Frolov is the Director of Digital Transformation at Axellect, with over 14 years of experience in consulting and service provision. He works with the Industry X Digital team. Aleksei is responsible for developing the digital practice in the Natural Resources department, overseeing team expansion, pre-sales preparation for existing and new clients, and market growth. Having worked with well-known brands, particularly in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, and Metallurgy industries, Aleksei is an experienced professional in digital strategy and transformation. He is familiar with both traditional and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, design thinking). Aleksei has led numerous unique projects and project teams covering digital transformation, digital strategy and architecture, digital products, IT strategy, operational efficiency, and EAM implementation projects (both SAP PM and IBM Maximo).
