Delphine has over 20 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry working for a major process licensor. Her latest involvements included positions as Business Development director for a revamp integrated business and Technology director for advanced plastic recycling technologies.

About 2 years ago, she joined Schneider Electric as Global Sustainability Consulting Director to develop solutions to help the Energies & Chemicals sector reduce its carbon footprint and develop circularity. Since January 2024, she leads the Sustainable Plastics initiative for the Energies & Chemicals segment at Schneider.

Delphine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Refining, Engineering and Gas from IFP School.
