Katelijne De Moor joined TotalEnergies in 1997 at the Antwerp petrochemicals plant, owned by Fina at the time. She became Business Team Leader for one of the plant's sectors and then held a similar position at the Antwerp Refinery. She was appointed Manager Operations at the Zeeland refinery in the Netherlands in 2016 and Head of Cost Control at R&C's Industrial Department in October 2020. Two years later, she was tapped to head R&C's Digital Department, before being appointed Vice President of Digital & Innovation in 2022, re-named Innovation & Value Mapping in 2023.
