Michael is a highly experienced chartered chemical engineer with approx. 20 years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in oil and gas processing and new energies. He has recently completed several significant new energy and low carbon projects, including direct air capture (DAC), green hydrogen, green ammonia, e-methanol, BECCs, and sustainable aviation fuels from waste.

Michael’s experience includes working as the Study Manager for recent UAE based feasibility and technology selection studies.  These studies included technology selection for direct air capture, pathway selection for municipal waste to SAF and licensor selection for a city scale HEFA plant.
