Muhammad Ali Qureshi is currently working as a Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Engineer in the Terminal Reliability Unit of Saudi Aramco since September 2012. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Consultant - Reliability Engineering department of SKF UK LTD, Aberdeen Division for almost seven years and having more than Eighteen years of practical engineering experience altogether, particularly in the field of Machine Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis and Lubricant Analysis. He has completed Master of Engineering Science degree in the branch of Mechanical Engineering with a major course work in Machine Condition Monitoring from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia in 2002 and is a Chartered Professional Engineer as well as a recognized Fellow (CPEng FIEAust) with Engineers Australia. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a recognized Fellow with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers UK (CEng FIMechE) and is acting as an IMechE country representative for Saudi Arabia. He is Vibration Analyst Level III (VA Category 3A) certified from American Society For Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) USA, Oil Analysis Level 3 certified from NORIA USA and a Machinery Lubrication Analyst Level III (MLA III) as well as a Certified Machinery Lubrication Engineer (MLE) from International Council of Machinery Lubrication (ICML) in the USA. He is also an ultrasound Level 1 & Level 2 certified as per ASNT-TC-1A. He is also an approved Noria Machinery Lubrication Instructor and regularly conducts trainings, workshops and internationally recognized ICML (International Council of machinery Lubrication) certifications for Saudi Aramco Technical Workforce.
