Olga Rudkovskaya, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is currently a ESG Department Manager at Adnoc.

Prior to it, she was assigned as Chief Sustainabilty Officer at Arabian Gulf Steel and delivered a Carbon Neutrality assessment for the organization. Prior to it, she was assigned as Manager Sustainability and Sustainable Finance and managed ME operations at DNV.

She Holds degree in environmental science and Executive MBA in Business Administration at Alliance Manchester Business School, as well as multiple qualifications at INSEAD. She is currently attempting her PhD at University College London on decarbonisation in industry.
