Parveen Kalia has twenty years of experience in engineering design for Petroleum Refinery Units, Chemical plants and associated utilities covering all the phases of project. Mr. Parveen Kalia is Fluor Fellow in master planning of refineries and petrochemical facilities. He has worked extensively on refinery configuration studies as well as Refinery & Petrochemical integration for crude to chemical studies around the globe. He has gained in-depth knowledge of refinery & petrochemical units while working on feasibility studies and multiple licensor selection projects.
