Ron Beck is senior director of Solutions and Industry Marketing for Aspen Technology.   His role involves working with energy companies globally to define and address their digital solution requirements for energy in general and sustainability in particular.  In the past several years, he has been responsible for developing and communicating AspenTech’s strategy with respect to the hydrogen economy,  carbon capture and storage, electrification, and energy transition.   Specifically, we have been working on a digital technology pathway in support of green and blue hydrogen, hydrogen transport and storage, and hydrogen end use.    He has over 40 years experience in innovation in the energy and chemical engineering fields, and in the application of digital technology in those areas.  He is well known to many of AspenTech’s customers in the Middle East in general and Gulf States in particular.
