Stéphanie joined TotalEnergies in 2006 as Optimiser for several refineries in France. From 2011 to 2018 she held several head of departments positions in modelisation, scheduling, and logistics. She then held the position of Talent Developer- HR Partner until 2020 when she was appointed General Sales Manager of Aromatics & Styrene. From 2021 to 2024, Stéphanie held the position of Vice-President for the Business Unit Cray Valley. She is now Vice-President Business Development & Project Renewable Fuels and Chemicals
