Niclas Mårtensson is holding the position as CEO of the Stena Line group since 2016. Mr. Mårtensson has over 10 years’ experience of working in different senior positions within Stena Line, including responsible for commercial and operational activities in both Germany, Poland and Sweden. 2013 he became the Chief Operation Officer and later heading the position as Deputy CEO.

He has worked in different industries and companies within hospitality, transportation and manufacturing, both in Europe and Asia.

Niclas Mårtensson is in the boards of a number of Stena companies and also in the German-Swedish chamber of commerce, The West Sweden Chamber of Commerce and has been the consul of the republic of Poland in south Sweden.

Since 2024 he is the Governor Chair of the Supply Chain & Transport Industry Community at the World Economic Forum representing Stena AB.
