Mashal Alkindi is a leader in the UAE’s oil and gas sector, with over 16 years of senior management across ADNOC’s Executive Office, Upstream, and Downstream Industry Trading & Marketing directorates. Mashal is the Chief Executive Officer of TA’ZIZ, the UAE’s world-scale chemicals and transition fuels ecosystem. In his role, Mashal oversees an organization making considerable progress in bolstering the UAE’s position as a global chemicals leader. By creating new chemical value chains and expanding the world’s supply of transition fuels, TA’ZIZ is at the forefront of domestic industrialization and economic diversification while building the bridge between fossil fuels and a renewable energy future. Mashal’s prior experience includes the establishment of joint ventures, as well as the spearheading of corporate management and business transformation across several ADNOC group companies. He brings a wealth of experience in major capital projects, portfolio management, governance and corporate planning. Mashal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Project Management.
