Saud Ali Al Jabri began his career at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) in 1998 as an IT Systems Engineer, progressing through various roles in IT infrastructure planning, management, and consultancy. He held multiple positions throughout his employment with PDO such as Industrial Relations Manager, Government and Stakeholders Relations Manager, and Planning & Strategy Manager. In March 2024, Saud was appointed as the ICV Development Manager, focusing on optimizing PDO’s economic contributions through strategic In-Country Value (ICV) initiatives and Supply Chain management. His role involves leading the implementation of ICV plans, ensuring that the necessary resources, processes, and systems are in place to support PDO’s objectives. He also engages with external stakeholders to align efforts and maximize value creation for Oman. Throughout his career, Saud have aimed to foster a collaborative, respectful work environment and contribute to the success of the teams and projects he oversees.
