Sultan Asad is a Penn State alumnus, graduated in December 2014 with a bachelor’s in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, USA. He furthered education with a master’s in business administration in 2021 from Abu Dhabi University. He began his career at ADNOC in 2015 as a Drilling Engineer, gaining experience across onshore and offshore fields, and participated in an intensive drilling program at the IFP Institute with TOTAL in Pau, France, for seven months. After six years in drilling, he transitioned to ADNOC’s Corporate Planning team as part of a development plan, spending three years managing the 5-Year Business Plan and governance meetings with stakeholders. Recently appointed as Team Leader for Assets Planning & Support. Additionally, served as ADP & ATP Youth Chairperson from 2021 to 2023, reflecting a commitment to leadership and youth development.
