With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Thomas is a senior leader renowned for his contributions to the development and commercialization of industrial applications within the energy industry. Thomas’ ability to leverage both business acumen and engineering expertise has been proven to transform early-stage technology ventures into commercially viable products. His strategic approach includes fostering innovation through internal development as well as external partnerships and acquisitions. Thomas excels in managing the full lifecycle of product commercialization—from conceptual vision through development, execution, and final delivery. Originally from France, Thomas's professional journey with Dresser-Rand, Siemens, and Siemens Energy has been marked by significant milestones. For the past 22 years, he has played a pivotal role in various capacities within these companies, mostly in the USA. He has authored and co-authored numerous technical papers and patents, particularly in the fields of turbomachinery and system dynamics, showcasing his deep technical knowledge and innovative mindset. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in the United States, and an Executive MBA from Rice University, also in the United States. His academic credentials have laid a solid foundation for his technical and managerial prowess.
